Key Responsibilities

• Functional Design and Research: Participate in the development of cutting-edge features and functionalities for our investment performance solutions.
• Product Implementation: Drive the successful implementation of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and onboarding experience.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to support client demos and presentations, showcasing our products effectively.
• Functionality Testing: Play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our investment performance systems through rigorous testing.
• User Support and Training: Provide outstanding support and training to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
• User Documentation: Create comprehensive user documentation and operational procedures, enhancing user understanding.
• Occasional Travel: Represent our company at conferences and forums, staying updated on industry trends and networking with peers.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Investment Management Industry, Performance Measurement, Performance Attribution, and GIPS® Standards.
• Experience: Prior experience in performance measurement within the investment management, pension fund, financial or software services sectors.
• Education: A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields is essential.
• Assets: Postgraduate studies, working experience with commercial investment performance systems such as Sylvan, Eagle, Statpro, FactSet and others, CIPM or CFA designation/enrollment, proficiency in tools like Excel, Power Query, Power-Bi, and bilingualism in English and French are assets.
